On a personal note: Carol loves to play tennis, when she isn’t working, of course. And, she thinks many parallels exist between tennis and PR. Both rely on timing, finesse and placement to determine whether you win the match or walk off the court in defeat.
As an Exponent Senior Strategist, Carol has the opportunity to help a variety of food and agribusiness clients develop strategically sound plans that hit the mark with their target audiences. A 25-year public relations veteran, Carol has such a passion for these industries that she recently served as president of the National Agri-Marketing Association. “I believe the debates being waged about where food comes from are the best thing to happen to our industry in a long time. Consumers have rediscovered a passion for food that gives us a golden opportunity to engage them in meaningful exchanges about the role our industry plays in growing foods in a safe, affordable and abundant manner.”
