Exponent PR Receives Platinum PR Award Recognition

PR News’ has named Exponent PR a Platinum PR Awards finalist in two categories. Exponent received a finalist honor in the Cause-Related Marketing category for work on behalf of Caribou Coffee, the second-largest gourmet coffeehouse retailer in the nation. The nominated entry, “Caribou Coffee Brews Hope for a Cure,” honors Amy’s Garden, a program to raise awareness and funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and commemorate the Caribou roastmaster who passed away from breast cancer.

Keith Negrin Joins Exponent PR As Practice Leader

Exponent PR has hired Keith Negrin as a practice leader at the agency.

“Keith is a strong asset to our growing team,” said Tom Lindell, managing director, Exponent PR. “His experience and leadership skills will provide our clients with increased value and further success.”

Negrin brings nine years of industry experience to his position at Exponent, where he will oversee the WinField and Starkey accounts. Throughout his career, Negrin has worked with brands such as Sherwin-Williams, General Mills, Clorox, Hasbro, H&R Block and CaringBridge, and has helped develop campaigns that have received PRSA Classics, PRSA Anvils, SABRE and PR Week award recognition.

He is a graduate of Princeton University and the George Washington University School of Law.

Exponent won four awards during the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) 2012 Silver Anvil Awards ceremony in New York on June 7. The agency was one of only eight agencies nationwide to receive recognition in a least four categories.

Exponent PR Wins Best of Show at 34th Annual Minnesota PRSA Classics

MINNEAPOLIS, March 30, 2012 – Exponent PR was honored with nine awards last night during the 34th annual Minnesota PRSA Classics Awards, including Best of Show for its work for Caribou Coffee. Exponent also won two Industry Campaign of the Year awards for its work on behalf of Bikes Belong and DuPont Crop Protection. Sponsored by the Minnesota chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the awards celebrate the best public relations campaigns of 2011.
