After consecutive years of expansion, acquisition and rapid growth, CHS — an integrated energy, grains and food business — turned to Exponent to help employees understand and articulate the Fortune 100 company’s vision.
Members of Exponent’s brand publishing and creative teams traveled across the globe — going to 24 locations in four countries in five weeks — and capturing employee stories in places ranging from the Innovation and Technology Center in Minnesota to the Shanghai grain trading office in China.
The end result of the global whirlwind is an ongoing program, called CHS Connects, which is telling the story of how the company’s 14,000 employees are connected.
More than 12,000 people have been nominated for Tanks of Thanks, creating new brand ambassadors.
