A believer in the American Dream, Clay Mathile, former CEO and owner of The Iams Company, parlayed his entrepreneurial spirit and intense emphasis on values into a carefully designed business model. He wanted to share his insights as inspiration for other business owners and as a legacy for his family. Throughout the two-year project, Exponent provided copyediting, design and project management to bring the project to life, culminating in a comprehensive book telling Mathile’s remarkable story, “Dream No Little Dreams.”
